Our Mission is to protect, preserve and improve our community’s character, environment and quality of life, and to bring South Venice together. We promote the civic, social, intellectual and recreational interest of our community.
At the South Venice Civic Association, discover a welcoming community where you can connect, participate, and make a lasting impact. Your membership supports this community, keeps the building alive, allows members of your household to play pickleball, attend events at a member rate, access to our newsletter and membership meetings, and rent our hall at a reduced rate.
A yearly SVCA membership is $70.00 (rolling calendar). Using the button below, you can join online and pay by credit card, or pay cash or check in the office.
Who We Are
We are a 501c4 community association representing the interests of our members. If you are seeking ways to make a positive difference to the community, getting involved in a community organization and participating in different activities can be a good start. The South Venice Civic Association has a wide range of cultural, educational, and social programs to help enrich the lives of the members and the neighborhood.
SVCA Fitness Class Offerings:
Line Dancing is every Monday evening from 6-8pm. $10 Charge per class
Tai Chi meets on Tuesdays from 10-11am. $10 charge per class.
Yoga meets on Wednesdays from 9-10am. $10 charge per class.
Other SVCA Offerings:
South Venice Garden Club meets
the 3rd Monday of each month at 1:00pm. First visit is free.
Book Club meets
the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm. No Charge.
Zumba meets Mondays & Fridays from 8:30-9:15am. 1st class is free, $10 per class or $50 for a 10 class punch card. ON HAITUS TILL SEPTEMBER.
